I graduated from Iowa State University with an emphasis in Physics and Geology and Secondary Education. I received a Masters degree in GeoSciences from Mississippi State University. I have been teaching for 27 years both in Middle school and High school. I have two children Connor O'Brien, 32 and his wife Sarah, 32, and Bronwyn Eastlick, 24 and her boyfriend Parker 23, a pug, a husky, a lab mix, and a silver swirl tabby cat. I am a grandma to Charlotte Ellen O'Brien who turned 1 in July. A little more about me: Music - I love U2, Elton John, George Strait, and Bruce Springsteen. TV - My favorite shows are Bones, and Criminal Minds Neither of them are on anymore , so I need to find a new favorite. Movies - All time favorite is Rudy. And I absolutely love musicals! Hobbies - I collect minerals, fossils, and unique rocks. I also love crafting. Favorite sport - college football GO IRISH!!!!! Favorite food - caramel. Interesting fact - I love bats.
